Horse and Dog CompatibilityI contend with the clients we work with we have our IDEAL clients, then the 90% we can work with, then the OIL and WATER clients. The latter do not mix with us.

Remember That All Important Chemistry With Your Clients.

Some people you cannot work with smoothly. They demand too much, they don't like how you communicate with them, you are irritated when their phone calls or emails or text arrives. Cut them loose. Save everyone the hassle. YOU two for some reason are a mismatch. Pass them off to your favorite enemy LOL. Seriously, work to move them on, just not be part of YOUR LIFE.

Great point.  There are those who need to be in control no matter what.  Many times it is easier to cut the strings.

Hmmm interesting phrase "then the 90% we can work with, then the OIL and WATER clients" What do you do when you have a bubble gum friend who is running around in the same jar and they say YOU are like OIL and WATER? I have an idea. Shake the jar well.  Pour the unusual mixture, SMILE and ENJOY the ride. LOL

I sort of fire people every single day now! Most of my inquiries on my site are for rentals, and if you ever thought Buyers were liars, just try working with a few rental clients. Couple that with $350 co-ops....and Lord have mercy!

Gary..Sometimes the ones that I think I can not work with turn out to be my best clients ..sometimes it is patience we need... however if all else fails by all means hand them over to someone else

Thanks for all the good comments regarding chemistry. BTW that is a real dog that size not compared to a small horse. Horse is normal size.

Very very true. Sometimes the chemistry just isn't there and that isn't a failing on our part or a reflection on the client. It just "is" and should be respected.
