Finding new Bozeman Listings
Part of the procedures in our office includes helping home owners in the Gallatin Valley that have been marketing with another firm and have not been successful in selling their home. Weekly we send out an invitation to recently expired listings to call us for a unique and positive experience during the marketing period.
We include a detailed outline for the initial 90 days, an outline for refreshing their listing at the 90 day mark, and a strategy for communication that is unparalleled. The package includes copies of the first pages of all three websites their listings will be featured on, an example of the individual listing web page we build, a list of websites we syndicate their listing to, and a list of reviews from previous clients.
As an office and a team, we understand that it may have been a difficult time for them already, and that selling a home can be a stressful period. We emphasize our joint efforts and communication once more, all in an effort to make a lasting impression and be successful in creating a selling opportunity.
Several weeks ago we mailed out a number of these packages. Today, in the 31 day December challenge, I called each of them to introduce myself and see if they had specific questions, or if they were interested in an appointment. For my efforts, I listed a beautiful home. In the next few days we will post the new listing, photos and all!
