Holiday Pop-Bys

By
Real Estate Agent with Coldwell Banker

I'm looking for some suggestions on Holiday client gifts for the remainder of the year. I know that some of you delivered pumpkins or other Fall items recently. I also know that there are some obvious things like wreaths, holiday decorations, ,etc.

I'm curious if you have any CREATIVE ideas that have generated some talk amongst your customers.clients. Obviously, the more affordable the better.

I also know that there are some websites with suggestions as well as gifts you can purchase. I was just curious if there were other items that you have used that were not so predictable.

Any thoughts would be appreciated! Thanks Everyone!

Al - Holiday gifts are always a challenge.  For Thanksgiving I actually deliver pumpkin pies to all my clients.  It is usually a big hit with them.  You can get them pretty cheap at Costco and other large chains like that.  Christmas I do on a case by case basis but usually try to give them something for the home.  For first time buyers who celebrate Christmas I send them a "our first Christmas in our House" orniment with the year for the tree.  It makes for a great keepsake.

I always send a nice letter at the end of the year thanking them for their referrals and for helping my business grow during the past year and subtly asking them to continue their referrals.  I also remind them if they are ever curious about their homes value, neighborhood, or have questions about hiring someone to do work for their home, to CALL ME FIRST!  I also personally sign each and every one of them and have found that they like this personal approach and I usually get a few calls from this mailing as well as emails with some new leads to start off the new year!

The Marketing Piece . Com  has different Pop-By's monthly.  They are affordable and were specifically made as popbys, but alot of people have found they can also mail the pieces out... this helps in alot of ways.  Check it out
