Create Simple Fun Traditions this Season

Time is flying by for the year and the "Years", our kids are getting older and we wonder how to capture some of the Holiday Spirit!

I believe one simple thing we can do is start a new tradition.  What is a tradition?  It can be as simple as always eating a certain meal Christmas morning or Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve.

It can be attending Christmas Eve Service at your church, or going to the same Holiday party every year.

The important thing is to do it together with your family, wether you are a small family, husband and wife, single with friends or family or have children.  Share with the others that this is something you want to become a part of your Holiday Traditions!

If like me you think, I can't fit one more thing on my plate, then start this year with an easy one, tell your family," starting this year we will always have pizza and a movie on New Year's Eve!"  And, each year you can build on those traditions, trust me they will look forward to it and will "own" it!
