New Years Resolution for 2012- Not So Fast

By
Real Estate Sales Representative with Realty Executive Midwest

I have been watching a good amount of football this weekend and can’t help notice all of the commercials for Weight Watchers, Subway Sandwiches, and any other company that capitalizes on marketing aimed at people making New Years resolutions. I have also read about what people are going to do different in the New Year to better themselves.  What I haven’t read or seen in commercials is what are you going to continue to do because it works?

Previously I posted about my Facebook habits and how they work for me. What habits in 2012 do you want to hold on to and why?  Change is good but sometimes it’s good just to stay the course.  It’s a good life.

Hi Joe, I need to check on your Facebook habits, since I know I need to get better with my Facebook page this year. I am looking at ways to get more Likes and Leads off my Facebook Business page.

Happy New Year to you and Your Family too!

Joe:

I want to look at your facebook habits page too.  I am trying to do what Jerry is doing.  Maybe your facebook page will help me and Jerry too.  Best wishes for a happy, healthy and prosperous New Year.

Good morning Joe,

Here's what's working and what I intend to continue:

Doing showings and open houses for busy listing agents in my office, who have a strong presence in certain condo buildings. I've picked up clients, (and had sales), that way because everyone was so used to seeing me in the building, that I became as well-known as the listing agent, but more importantly, became the "face" of the building.

Other than working on my Business plan, I'm planning on staying the course. I had more than enough change in 2011. Live is Good.

I started my 2012 New Years resolution back in July so I wouldn't stop. I've been eating better and going to the gym on a daily basis. It hasn't been about fads, it has been about hard work.
