I'm wondering if putting so much into working with corporate relocation sellers is really worth the few dollars you get if you are lucky enough to get it sold and closed within the limited time you are given. Recently I had a listing as a result of my website. After having it active for about 3 weeks I learn they are going to use a corporate relocation through there employer. Then a week later I get another listing, this time through our relo dept which was with the some relocation company. After spending a large sum of money advertising both of these in a number of media venues, I learn that I don't get to keep the listing once the seller accepts the buy-out offered. I feel as if this is some form of telling me that I did not do a good job trying to sell the houses. My sellers lowered prices, they were not higher than any of the comps, I did everything I was supposed to do including all the paper work these companies require. Then this week I loose both!!!poohee
Now my resolve is to try to get some forclosures. At least the banks will lower their prices to a more reasonable value in most cases. Does any one have any advise??
