Is there such a thing as blogging too much? Is less better? I've struggled with that question. This is my very belated 100th post celebration. I never thought I'd write 100 posts or have nearly 100,000 points. I'm a pretty slow blogger as it took me a year to get here.
While I've never been a frequent blogger, lately it seems as if I'm blogging more and more. I know I feel more comfortable and I've learned a lot being part of the Ladies of Rain Realty Blogging Book club. Our book club leader, cheerleader and inspiration was none other than TLW...aka Billie Tutas or Broker Bryants lovely wife!
The birth of our book club coincided with the Blogging Birth of many of us...especially me.
What an eye opener it was for me and my cohorts the lovely Ladies of Rain Book club members. We grew and bonded while reading this book. Our leader TLW egged us on...challenged us to stretch and we did! Thank you TLW!
If you missed the reviews consider reading them below or better yet buy the book...The Realty Blogging Book is worth every penny and more and is a perfect read for anyone interested in Blogging both socially and professionally.
Once we completed the The Realty Blogging Book we went on to review The WeBLOG Handbook by Rebecca Blood and it was a great primer and helped us put it all together. Reading this book made perfect sense and helped fine tune the skills we all were developing.
Read our reviews below.
Since that time all of us have ventured outside of Active Rain and started outside Blogs and I think our time spent reading and reviewing the books chosen by TLW gave us "our Voices" and the confidence to fly. Our time here in the Rain taught us well and more importantly gave us lasting friendships to cherish.
Check out our Outside Blogs or Pretty Blogs as I like to call them.
We've come a long way baby!
Thank you to all you awesome Active Rainers and most importantly the Lovely Ladies of the Rain!
Lastly a big hug and kiss to my handsome hubby Jay McGillicuddy without him all my posts would be riddled with spelling errors.
Love Ya Honey No S**t !!!
Edited to add...How could I have forgotten our Open Forum with Rebecca Blood! TLW set it up and we questioned Rebecca about anything and everything...
If you missed it check it out Open Forum with Rebecca Blood .
After that the most exciting thing happened...our very own Ines got selected for Project Blogger and Paul Chaney selected her as his apprentice. How cool was that...we had reviewed his book and he selected one of us.
The ladies were all so proud of "our" Ines. Did it end there? No. Ines went on to be selected as one of the top 12 woman bloggers in the country! Now that was cool!
Now you know why I can safely say We've come a long way baby!
