frosty grass in Melbourne, FloridaOut With The Cold in Brevard County!

This morning we experienced just about as much "Winter" as we tend to get in Brevard County, Florida.

My friend took this photo of her backyard in Melbourne, Florida.  The icy crisp grass returned to normal shortly after sunrise, and higher temperatures are on the way tomorrow with the high around 72 degrees.

You too can also wake-up to wonderful winter mornings like this!

Laura....believe it or not that is more snow than we have had this winter.  It's been unseasonably warm for the most part, but not 72 degrees!

I think that we are all experiencing warmer weather this year. Let's see how long before we start getting the cold stuff again Laura.

Christine - That is hard to believe, but as a buyer's agent that is good for you when showing property.

Joan - Denver sounds beautiful!

Tom - As long as it's warm, no complaints from me.  I'm a Florida girl!

Grass like this is not uncommon in Northern Virginia.  In fact, it was so cold the other night that it sounded like I was crushing glass when I walked across our lawn.  Brrr.
