Why Should Salt Lake City Home Buyers Use an Infrared Home Inspector?

Because no matter how experienced the home inspector,

Many things simply cannot be seen without Infrared Technology

Infrared allows us to immediately detect what flashlights so commonly miss

Electrical faults before they cause a fire

Overloaded and undersized circuits

Circuit breakers in need of replacement

Moisture intrusion that could lead to mold

Possible pest or varmit infestation

Roof leaks, before causing major damage

  Air conditioner compressor leaks

Structural defects and their causes

Broken seals in thermal insulated windows

Energy loss and efficiency

  Unknown plumbing leaks

 PLUS MUCH MORE!!

Infrared Technology used during a home or building inspection offers the most advanced, in-depth, and informative home or building inspection available. Our Utah clients are quickly catching on to the amazing benefits provided by an Infrared Home and Building Inspections. Once a home buyer or investor uses an Infrared Inspector there is little to no chance of them ever returning to the usual "peek an poke" flashlight inspection of the past.

Now that is cool.  Ive seen that used to detect heat loss for HVAC systems, but that puts a whole new perspective on things.  INSTPECTIONS 3D.  Please show us some of your findings with your new tool...

Brandon, this is an excellent post and visual demonstration to see what tends to be hidden in home inspections. An inspector with these tools would be a wise choice, especially when purchasing a bank owned property.
