Great advice - should be a 'must read' for all sellers! But I have to agree with Edward and Celia #1 - FSBOs and discount agencies aren't doing well in my neck of the woods.

It is good to see seller's have options but they need to make sure it is their best option. In our market area selling FSBO is not the best option seller's need all the assistance they can get to get their home SOLD.
