Yesterday Sheila Anderson shared "Two Lies And A Truth" with us.
The reminder is below:
1) I used to weigh 102 pounds and people told me I needed to gain weight.
2) My Doctor told me that my ideal weight could never be attained because there is no such thing.
3) Most of my friends are fat, and I hang with them so I can feel thin.
Which one is the truth?
The answer is #1. Sheila had the crowd going yesterday, many were stumped. Thanks for participating Sheila.
Now for the "What" part of my post.
What motivated me to "drop" 6.2 pounds last week?
The truth is, I was motivated by fear. Oh, it's not what you're thinking, but it probably should have been. It wasn't fear of a health issue, it was fear of possibly having to attend the "Lenn Harley Boot Camp for Losers". I don't think I could keep up with her. So the lesser of two evils was to get back on track, get serious and stick to it, so that's what I'm doing folks.
Now for the "Who" and I don't mean the singing group.
Who is our "Star Of The Week"?
Since I was the one who lost 6.2 pounds last week, that would be me, but I wanted to share the spotlight with another member of the group. Some one much more deserving of the title than me. She has become a non-smoker in the past year and is also working very hard to Take It Off In The Rainso the honor goes to her this week for "dropping" 4.8 pounds. She's worked much harder at it then I ever could and I am truly proud of this fantastic young lady and friend.
Please join me in congratulating our "Star Of The Week"
Amy Hahn More about me…
