Should Renters Buy A Home?

By
Real Estate Agent with Allison James Estates & Homes

In my lifetime rents have always gone up in the end.  Maybe the last few years have been a steady decline, but the future is the future.  Why do you think that even in the stock market there is something called futures trading.  Don't ask me to even attempt to explain that.

What should you do?   If you were to ask my father, his answer would be similar:  "Son I would not like to have all  the choices you have today" (this was years ago) ... the question was on a different subject yet the answer would be the same.

If you have not figured the answer out I will assist you ... Figure it out for yourself or find help; CALL ME.

Just because my profession is to assist people with Real Estate near Sierra Vista AZ next to Fort Huachuca AZ does not mean that you will buy a home.  If you are paying about $250 / month in rent for a home you are happy with, stay there.  Those were the days it seemed.  Enough reminiscing, either I can assist you or not.  Your job is remain realistic enough for the journey.

Rents here have remained steady for awhile and might even go up. Home prices may even do something similar. With home prices low and interest rates where they are, it makes financial sense to take that journey.

Brian,  Unless people have a slam dunk deal, investing in a home is still the better option.
