We got an offer for about $10,000 below the list price and it sold within 30 days and 30 days later we became a tenant again for the first time in over 29 years.
Now the rainbow to this story, SIX MONTHS AGO WE PURCHASED ANOTHER HOME!!!!!!!!!!
It was not fun living in an apartment and listening to people walk on the ceiling for three years.
