Storm

By

The storm is over, cleanup is underway and life begins to get back to normal for most Oregon Coast residents. The response of the city & county crews as well as the utility workers should be applauded, they were out trying to restore services before the wind & rain had even begun to slow.

The overall market picture here is showing signs of improvement, as inventory was starting to decrease in the last 3 months. The Buyer attitude I've been seeing has been mostly "wait and see", wanting to get through the holidays and see what changes the near year brings.

I got my new site up a few months ago, and aside from a few tweaks I've yet to complete it is mostly complete. You can find it @ www.jeremylinder.com .  I've also started getting to the blog thing, you can go here and here.
