Hate Real Estate Video Editing? Magisto Beautifully Edits Your Real Video Clips!

Hate Real Estate Video Editing? Magisto Beautifully Edits Your Real Video Clips!  YouTube appears to be partnering with them and CNET and others have rave reviews. I just created this video below with it via PC. Magisto does have an iPhone app as well.  I really uploaded too many clips (11 of them) shot with my Canon T3i. I think it still came out well. I'll use less clips next time. Magisto even knew where to place my 8 second AVG video intro at beginning of video.  See my example below of which I paid $1.99 for their 480p version.  As far as I can tell, it only uses real video clips, not photos or images.

Here's how easy it is to add video clips, add title, add soundtrack (yours or theirs) and begin the process.  Once complete, you'll receive an email.

If you like the video produced and want to download it, here are their prices paid via Paypal.

VISUAL BREAKS!  Magisto accomplishes something very important that basic video editor doesn't do naturally - "Visual Breaks".  I'm in a video marketing group on Facebook and this is what one expert had to say about the importance of "visual breaks".

"Bill, you always bring us the neatest tools! Thanks. As far as too many clips - not at all! The visual changes/breaks are really good here.

I'm trying to increase the amount of visual breaks in my corporate videos. If you do the research, you'll see that every 4-6 seconds the visual should change, and often faster than that. So in a TV show/movie they use a combo of wide, medium, closeup, extreme close up, 2 shot etc. Watch TV with the volume off for a half hour and start concentrating on how they time the cuts."  via Marlene Hielema, the Image Maven on YouTube

About Magisto via http://www.magisto.com/press

"Magisto delivers a disruptive new solution to a large, existing problem. Millions of users are seeking out video editing tools every month. But most of these people don't want to spend hours in front of "easy" video editors searching for the good parts of their home movies. Magisto automatically analyzes your videos, understands them, and assembles the most interesting parts in a single clip. Magisto has state of the art computer vision technology behind it. It detects and indexes people, scenes and behaviors. It understands the difference between a person, a pet, a landscape or a toy. Magisto stabilizes your images, removes excess "noise" and adds smart effects and transitions that interact with the content in the video. All the user has to do is upload the videos, and they're done. Users can also add titles and select a soundtrack. When the video is ready, it can be shared in one click on Facebook, twitter, YouTube or a plain email."

Bill - Looks pretty cool, but I still like the basic editor that comes standard on most PC's. That's what I started with and it did a great job!

Thank you so much Peter and Doug!  Just trying to present a little more impressive video experience in under 1 minute with less time on my part involved.

Hey Bill, You're always on the cutting edge of this stuff, hard for me to even keep up. It says it's free but then your post shows the cost for downloading it. So for every video you make the charge $2? Just curious, thanks!

Have an AWESOME day!

Hi Michael,

YES, you can upload your videos for FREE!  Once Magisto renders a video, it's in 380p and includes their prominent logo etc at the end of the video. It just depends on if you want their branding in your
"company" videos.  I'm so wild about that, so I like to download them for their small fee in 480p or 720p and sometimes add my own 8 second video intros to the video within Sony Vegas Movie Studio 10.

Also, on the iPhone app, I've been told it only creates a 380p video for now with their logo prominent and will be updated sometime soon.  All 24 recent Magisto Videos I created were on my PC, mainly because these are fairly large files.

Here's an example where my Co. Branding is applied at beginning and end of video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T3GMTn7K3dQ

Here's an example where only my Co. Branding is applied at rear of video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jzCLSrdl6G8

And, here's an Animoto video where I added both video clips and Images I took: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GceIO2VtH1c

Michael, really experimenting on short local videos and viewers reactions.  I really like Magisto videos because of the better quality, visual breaks each 4-6 seconds and transitions.  Ultimately the purpose is for Google Indexing.

The great thing about Magisto is that I've had these raw video files on my desktop and I've been meaning to get to for 3 months now. With Magisto, I had this done in 2 days off and on. And, my videos look so much better than inferior Animoto videos. Local Real Estate Agents are impressed!

The audio is 40% of the real video experience. You get a chance to tour guide, point out information about this new listing or neighborhood. And then easy smooth transitions but not just of the outside. It teases them if the busy buyer can not get the whole nine yards. Longer video, more time editing but saving your time, your buyer precious tick tick tick when they are hot to trot, to buy today. Upload those videos! Off to check your channel!
