Etheridge Lakes is located in the Hickory section of Chesapeake. It has approximately 450 single family homes located between Fentress Road and Etheridge Manor Blvd off of Centerville Turnpike. There is no homeowners assocation. It has a neighborhood playground and sidewalks. One can access major highways and shopping within 5 minutes. This neighborhood is located in a very desirable school district. The children in this neighborhood attend Butts Road Primary, Butts Road Intermediate, Hickory Middle, and Hickory High schools. Just Sold! 303 Fairfax Terrace, Chesapeake, VA 23320 in Knell's Ridge

I am pleased to announce that my listing at 303 Fairfax Terrace just sold for $130,000. This 2 bedroom townhouse is located in the Knell's Ridge subdivision in the Greenbrier area of Chesapeake. he kitchen had been remodeled with new laminate wood floors, refaced cabinets, new fixtures, new stainless steel appliances, and new counter tops. The family room was spacious with gas or wood burning fireplace overlooking backyard. There were two master bedrooms upstairs each with their own full bathroom. It was also within walking distance to shopping and less than 5 minutes from the interstate.

Brandermill is located in the Hickory area of Chesapeake. It was built in the 1980s with approximately 250 single homes. It is within 5 minutes of shopping and major highways off of Mt. Pleasant Road and Etheridge Road. Etheridge Meadows and Etheridge Woods are on the border of Brandermill. Coventry Meadows Real Estate in the Hickory Area of Chesapeake

Coventry Meadows is located in the Hickory section of Chesapeake. It is comprised of approximately 72 single family homes built in the 1990s. It is conviently located off of Etheridge Manor Blvd and Centerville Turnpike. Etheridge Woods and Etheridge Manor are neaby neighborhoods.
