Regardless of how dark it is, the sun will come out again.

Fall and Spring are my favorite seasons.  I love to see the world around Fallme going to sleep in the Fall, and I enjoy seeing it wake up in the Spring.  I'm a little less trusting of Spring than I am the Fall.  I've seen some of the deepest snowfalls of my life fall in April, and yet I've seen some of the most beautiful weather in April.  It's unpredictable.

When I started college, I lived in Tulsa, OK.  I Springhad lived most of my life in the Shenandoah Valley in Virginia, and our worst weather was comprised of rainy days or a couple feet of snow over a Winter.  We had all four seasons, and they typically changed like clockwork.

I was surprised to learn that during the Spring months in the Tulsa-Broken Arrow area we had tornadoes.  If you've never been around a tornado, you're blessed.  They are one of the most intense and scary things you'll experience.  While I lived in Tulsa, I went Tornadoto visit friends in Broken Arrow.  It was about 7 miles from my Tulsa apartment.  During that visit, a tornado touched down, and when I headed home there was little left for 5 of these 7 miles.  It was amazing.

Living in Tulsa taught me a great lesson.  No matter how dark it is, and no matter how scary life can become, the sun will come out tomorrow.  You might be in the struggle of your life right now, and it might seem as dark as it can get, but the sun will come out again.

You might be fighting with a short sale negotiator who is making your life Sunmiserable, but the sun will come again.  You might be in a pocket of the economy that hasn't seen any significant recovery, but the sun will come out again.  You might even be on the verge of foreclosure yourself, it's stressful and unbelievable, but remember, the sun will come out again.

No matter how bad things seem today, the sun will come out again.  The tornadoes of west are terrifying.  If you don't take proper precautions, they can be deadly, but with a little preparation they soon pass, and the sun comes out againRegardless of your circumstances today, just remember that the sun will come out again.

Those tornadoes are amazing aren't they, Cal?

Yes it can, Sheila.  Have a sunny day!

It's beautiful around these parts today, Alan.  I have a feeling you're having the same weather.

Good thing to remember. And I also enjoy the seasons. Spring is my favorite as everything wakes up from a long winters nap.

And now I can't get that "Annie" song out of my head ... thanks :)

Your analogy is so true -- but not always easy to believe when you're going through the "cloudy" times, that's for sure!

Hi Mike, when it rains and pours it's sometimes hard to imagine the sun ever coming up again. You got to believe though .. a positive attitude might just help to get her to come out more quickly.

Roger, that song came to mind when I was writing this.  She's right!

Oh, I'm with you on that Carie.  I know in 2009-2010 it looked pretty bleak.

Absolutely, Andrea.  It's hard to see sometimes, but it will come.

Mike I finally have to disagree with you. I am not that fond of FALL as i know what comes after it... snow and cold during most winters. I love summer, i could live with summer all year long.... Spring leads to summer so it would be my second favorite season

I have to remember that on days that I REALLY need it.  Sometimes it iso hard to see past the "mistforune" that you have endured on that day, but you are right.  The sun will come out again tomorrow...

Mike, living in Omaha, we saw many tornadoes too, and know the sound of a train as they go over the top of you!   Very scary!    Real estate at times does feel like that....but it too passes!

They can be pretty scary, Joan.   We had a bunch when I lived in OK, but I was fortunate to be out of the path 99% of the time.

Mike - You're right the sun will eventually come out.  I've been in tornadoes and hurricanes, in my opinion tornadoes are a lot scarier.

I totally agree, Michelle.  We get the blow over from hurricanes.  Days and days of rain are nothing like a tornado.

Good morning Mike. Sounds like we have some similarities. Those are my favorites as well. I love it when everything opens up and blooms and the colors of fall, it is indeed beautiful.

Cheryl, those two seasons could cycle back and forth and I'd be fine.  A little summer/winter goes a long way with me.
