Market Reports - some people hate 'em, some people love 'em.  I'm in the latter category and wanted to share with you other great examples on how to improve your current market reports.  These are my favorite people here that give you the optimum examples of what can be done with a simple report.  I'm sure that after you look through these examples, you'll also agree there's much to learn from.

Pointing out these few examples will save you the time of having to scroll through or find by chance some great reports.  When I started here on AR, there were only a few examples to get ideas from.  'Take what you like' and leave the rest is a great phrase - and I don't mean copy & paste!  You don't have to reinvent the wheel to get started in your market.

renee burrows,las vegas NV,Renee Burrows, Las Vegas NV - I have to give Renee the sincerest compliment because she has been doing this since 'time began'.  I've learned so much from her over the years. She has included things in her Las Vegas reports that I couldn't begin to think of - hiring, convention stats, etc.  What about your area?  What's unique that you can include that your readership would be interested in?

JOE manusa,tallahasee FL,Joe Manusa, Tallahasee FL - Give Joe a couple of simple numbers on his market and he can whip up the greatest visuals!  Joe uses great new phrases with consumers like 'market equilibrium' instead of our usual absorption rate.  There is no way that someone reading Joe's reports wouldn't think that Joe is the 'go to guy' to sell or buy in Tallahasee!

michelle gibson,wellington FL,Michelle Gibson, Wellington FL - Michelle offers her readership the optimum visual market report.  Clean, crisp and chock full of necessary details that gives the market meat & potatoes. She uses Diverse Solutions to present what is also for sale at the same time. Never know if that sold market report might get a few viewings from those potential buyers. Another great thought is Michelle does market reports on each subdivision in her area. Might seem like a daunting task at first but these reports have internet 'staying power'.
