Retailing your Virtual Tours to FSBO's

By
Services for Real Estate Pros

Here is a way of Retailing your virtual tours to FSBO's. Give them a Virtual Open House with the purchase of the virtual tour. You post their virtual tour on an Open House network, that the tour is brought up by simply entering the address of their property. The address of the property usually goes to #1 on Google, which is another big selling point. Now you have a complete package that you can offer to the FSBO. You can easily charge 2 or 300 dollars for this and have some good additional revenue. One site that you can use is Virtual Open Houses of America. It would cost you about 20.00 but it open up a whole new market for you. What do you think? You can try it out here, http://5foxcliff.info

The concept is interesting but not something I am comfortable mixing with my personal real estate business.
