Navigating a real estate a real estate transaction can become very challenging and stressful to both the buyers, sellers and the real estate professional as well.
There are many minefields that we will have to successful navigate on behalf of our customers to close the transaction.
As a real estate professional we have to take a leadership role in the transaction and guide our customers through the delays and issues that are encountered throughout the sales process.
Our customers are counting on us as a professional. When problems arise or getting out of hand we have to remain composed to stay in control of the transaction.
It not a question of who is at fault. As a real estate professional we have to take a leadership position and find solutions and to get the transaction back on tract. And as we all know many times we have to go the extra mile and pick up the pieces that other people may have dropped.
Sales leadership is taking charge of a challenging situation and remaining composed to find the answers and solutions.
