First time home buyer information

By
Real Estate Agent with Homequest Real Estate

As we all know the Real Estate Market is a bit slow right now for sellers, that being said, what a great time for buyers.

I specialize in working with first time home buyers.  There are some great programs out there that offer grant money.  If a first time buyer qualifies for the programs in most cases all you need of your own money is 1% and that includes the home inspection fee, bank appraisal and your earnest money (deposit).

If there are any first time home buyers that are looking in New Hampshire, I service the Merimack County, Hillsboro County, the Lakes Region and Lincoln and Woodstock.
