I call these FAUX property managers and the WSJ has called them ACCIDENTAL property managers - they are staying in the business as the EXPENSE of their would-be clients who do not know enough to know that their sales agents are not trained as property managers.

Wallace, this Realty Times property management article made me wonder why companies would get HALF way into this, IF they were not going to be a first rate player? Maybe too many rentals out there allows this, but for REALTOR, tenant and landlord wow what a mess if it is not managed properly.
