One of the Newest Homes in North Branch Mn.

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with WHISPERING PINES REALTY 20398180

WE are seeing a few new homes in all segments here in North Branch, Mn.  There are less and less quality listings right now and with the prices starting to creep up...Building is becoming an option.

As for the home I am talking about...it is one that I had to give my blessing to.

Although I was not asked in advance...I do welcome the squatters and will protect them however necessary.

Yeah...call me a sucker, but sometimes you just have to be the nice guy.

This is still in the early building stages but talk about Bricks and Mortar building....this couple has taken it a step farther...

Mud, sticks and moss.

Looking to build YOUR dream home?  North Branch, Mn may be the place.

Bill, I know what you mean....I've had birds nest in the strangest places and did my best to "work" around them at least for that season...soon as their gone...so is their nest.
