Single Family Homes Active Inventory for Sale: 78...a 34% decline
Townhouse & Condo Active Inventory for Sale: 12...a 81% drop
And there you have it. Inventory is dramatically lower and this is certainly having a significant effect on buyers and sellers at this point in the year.
