Story telling is an old art that has fallen out of favor.

Personal choice is really where it is at.

You can have two stories but the master suite downstairs.

All sorts of variation.

2 story homes and stairs don't sell very well in our mostly retirement town. A 2 story with a master on top floor is yours forever.

  • 20% are noted as "one story homes"
  • 80% are noted as "two story homes"
  • 35% of the two story homes have the master on the first floor

The proportion of one story homes in other areas, such as Florida, is much higher!
