What's My House Worth? In Cedar City, Ask a Local Expert.....

By
Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Legacy

In the fog that has been created by most of the media outlets about the Real Estate Market many residents in the Cedar City, Utah area may be wondering what their homes is worth.  As Realtors we have watched and read many of the articles about whether the Real Estate Market has bottomed out, if prices are rising or whether we will ever see an appreciation on home prices again.

My first response to anything would be to say that while there are many generalities to any type of market, ALL Real Estate is local!  For many years the axiom of real was location, location and location.  That is one of the reasons to remember that all real estate is local.  It does matter to ask a local expert.

So to answer the question, what your home is worth, we need to look as some factors to help value your home.  It is sort of like going to the doctor and not telling the doctor what symptoms you are suffering from and expecting the doctor to accurately diagnose your condition.  Give us a call we will gladly prepare a market analysis of what your home is worth at no charge.

If this offer interests you or if you’re interested in any property in the Cedar City Real Estate Market, contact us.  Our email address is: info@thecteamrealestate.com or you can call 435-701-1812. If you want to search the listings in the Cedar City Real Estate Market here is our website:  www.livingincedarcity.com   One other thing we are taking listings now to get them on the market for the hot Spring and Summer Real Estate Market.  We would love to help you sell your house!

Tony & Darcy,

What a good blog and so true. I had a friend ask me where to invest in real estate in the US. Wow what a question. I told it depended what kind of real estate, what he meant as an investment, where he wanted to buy, what he wanted out of his investment, did he ever want to move here and move in? I have not heard back..unless you know that area's market and what the investor wants no way to answer such a  question same thing with the worth of a property so many different factors go into it. I hope you guys have a great weekend!
