Hello, I’m Al Donohue, the owner of Keller Williams Real Estate here in Ridgewood, New Jersey and the head of The Donohue Group – one of the top real estate teams in the Ridgewood area. I wanted to take a few seconds to explain my approach to selling real estate.
I’ve built a reputation for getting homes sold quickly and for top dollar…

The sale of your home is one of the largest and most important transactions you will ever make. It’s vital to choose a realtor with a proven track record of success.
Pat Paul: “I talked to a couple of realtors when I was deciding who to work with and Al had by far the best statistics. And, I have no doubt that we did better in terms of sale price and time to sale than if we’d been working with another realtor.”

Every time someone came to see the house, with an hour there would be an email about what the person liked about the house, if the person had any concerns so we could address things. It really gave us actionable information.”

It was fantastic.”
In the end it’s all about going that extra mile to ensure that my clients have a good experience and get the results that they hoped for. Most of my clients have become good friends.
