The single-family carriage homes are available in five floor plans sized from 1,200 to 2,300 square feet. The attached style patio homes are available in two different floor plans sized from 1,400 to 1,500 square feet. The condominiums are sized from 1,300 to 1,400 square feet. Monthly homeowner association fees vary by home style, yet all are very reasonable making homes in this community a wonderful value for the area. 

Amenities at this popular New Jersey active adult community are centered within and around the well-maintained community clubhouse. There is a fitness center offering a nice line-up of group aerobic classes, a studio for arts and crafts, rooms for cards, games and billiards, a computer room and a quiet library. There is also a grand ballroom, an outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts and bocce ball courts. Since residents enjoy a low-maintenance lifestyle with all lawn care and snow removal taken care of on their behalf by the homeowners association, they have plenty of time to enjoy the nice collection of community amenities. There are also plenty of social activities such as daytrips to local museums and casinos, fitness classes, cookouts, pool parties, variety shows and numerous special interest clubs and hobby groups.

The location of Holiday Village East is centrally located to major expressways as well as the New Jersey Turnpike. Accessing local shopping malls, restaurants, major retailors, big box stores, medical facilities and unique area destinations is very simple. Weekend getaways to New York City, Baltimore, Atlantic City, Cape May and Ocean City are also popular with residents of this welcoming active adult community.
