How Low Can Mortgage Rates Go, Fairfield County, Ct.???

30 year fixed conforming mortgage at 3.625% and 15 year conforming at 2.875% is what my mortgage broker at William Pitt Mortgage told me this morning via e-mail.

David, we have good rates here in Canada too, but the longest terms tend to be seven or ten years... 15 and 30 year terms are incredible...
