Fort Wayne First Time Home Buyer's Guide - Step 2 - Meet with a qualified Realtor®.  US! 


*  Not all of our buyers NEED to meet with us.  We realize that some can't because of time constraints.  Some buyers already know the process and know exactly what they want.  (Just wanted to pass that on.)


The second step of the Fort Wayne home buying process is to physically sit down with one of us.  Why not just get out there and look at houses?  Here are a few things that meeting with us does...


It gives us a chance to get to know each other.  It can sometimes be awkward to meet our buyers at the first showing.  This eliminates that. We get to answer all of your questions up front.  We're pretty sure you have PLENTY of them!  It gives us a chance to talk about your wants and needs and what you want in your new home. 


We will sit in one of our conference rooms... 

 

and hook our computer up to this flat screen and actually look at homes online together.  This gives you a chance to see what is out there in your price range, and what you can get for the money.


These consultations are always free.  We don't push.  We don't pressure.  We like to have fun while we work!

Jared,  Good advice.  Seems like I am meeting more people online, emailing, talking on the phone, setting them up on a drip portal (all listings fitting their criteria) goes to their in-box.  Watching what they are looking at via their portal then when staying in touch and when they pick out what homes they want to look at out... Off we go.  You guys seem to be very happy with your new move.  Glad for you guys!
