Plants are amazing in that they just keep growing.
This pickling cucumber plant has grown beyond the fence and may need a little bit of guidance to find that (sideway) next step.

Hi Pat, I'm impressed too.  This year with some compost and only planting a few veggies, so far so good.  I hope to get a few veggies before bugs or critters get to them.  This is fenced in well.

Purple thumbs!  Maybe you should plant eggplants!!

Thanks for stopping by!

Gloria

Hi Gloria,

Great cucumber plant and I am impressed too. I have plums and apricots but the birds usually get them first. I guess I have to either quit feeding the birds or spray the tree and do not want to do either. So no fruit for me.

Have a great and successful weekend.

Doug & Gloria, That is a nice looking pickling cucumber plant!  They do tend to grow where ever the sunlight takes them.

Gloria,

It looks like your garden is off to a good start!  Do you really make pickels?  I made some pickels many many years ago but once I had kids...... my canning went way down!
