The units on the first floor are ranch style units and the units on the second floor are townhouse style units with two levels (2nd and 3rd floors). There are 18 ranch style units and 36 townhouse style units.  One building is direct waterfront and the other buildings vary in their water views.

Heating is electric baseboard and there is no air conditioning.  Every unit has a balcony.  The units are 1,036 SF with two bedrooms and 1.5 baths.

The complex was built in 1984.  Pets are allowed. This is a gated community.  Residents store their kayaks on a rack and launch their kayaks from the shoreline.

Pleasant Bay Condominium Complex has a lot of curb appeal. Gated communities that allow pets are hard to find and the view of the water is a real plus.
