Noblesville Waterfront Homes on Morse ReservoirNoblesville homes on Morse Reservoir offer a carefree lifestyle that can only be found with waterfront living. Morse, as it's known to locals, covers 35 miles of shoreline and was originally created as a community of lakefront vacation cottages where Indianapolis city dwellers could escape the hustle and bustle of downtown. Today, while there are still many vacation homes on Morse, most residents choose to live on the lake year-round.

Noblesville waterfront homes on Morse Reservoir range in price, age, and condition, from around $250,000 for a modest 2-story fixer to over $1 million for custom home with all the bells and whistles.

In addition to spectacular water views, Morse residents enjoy unlimited opportunities for recreation and relaxation. Numerous parks around the lake offer space for picnicking, swimming, playgrounds, and fishing. Morse Lake Park in Noblesville has a man-made beach for sunning and swimming. For golf enthusiasts, Harbour Trees Golf Club in the Noblesville North Harbour neighborhood offers a challenging 18-hole course. And, of course, there is always the thrill of walking out to your private dock for boating, tubing, jet skiing, water skiing, and wakeboarding!

Wow, Pat, look at the views from the deck - what a way to spend a relaxing evening after work in Noblesville.  Morse looks like a great place to buy or sell homes.

Pat, it certainly is a beautiful area north of Indy!  I remember attending several of the Ladies PGA golf tournaments(Harbor Trees?) down there in the late 70's.  It has grown considerably since then!
