The Color Purple in Waynesville, NC ~ Wordless Wednesday

By
Real Estate Broker Owner with MoonDancer Realty, Dillsboro,NC NC# 218097

These purple blooms graced the border of some vacant lots I was showing this morning in Waynesville, NC.  I don't know what kind of flowers they are and it really doesn't matter.  They made me feel calm and reminded me of the movie "The Color Purple".

Working in real estate in the mountains of Western North Carolina and showing vacant land in the summer really exposes me to some of the incredible treasures this great state has to offer.

Thanks for the flower shots. Always nice to have flowers to look at in the morning.

Good morning Mona. I don't know what the flowers are either, but you're right it really doesn't matter. Beautiful indeed. Enjoy the day.

Wayne, thanks and I hope you enjoyed your day.

Valerie, sometimes I enjoy the framing as much as the photography.  This framing is from the www.ribbet.com site and is a combination of a very thin "reflection" frame coupled with a mat frame.  Lots of fun, you should try and dabble with it.  Call me if you want any help.

Than, glad you enjoyed them.  It seems like hours since morning...oh well, I guess it has been!

Sheila, for some reason I'd never noticed them before but I've probably seen 20 fields of them since yesterday.
