Auburn Greens is a fourplex-style condo community built between 1970 and 1979, located on Quartz Drive at Highway 49, between Bell Road and Dry Creek Road in Auburn, California. Monthly HOA dues include exterior maintenance on the buildings, common area maintenance (including all laundry rooms and hot water heaters), garbage collection, landscaping and management fees. For residents of the Auburn Greens community, water is provided by Nevada Irrigation District, gas and electric is through PG&E and sewer is included in the property taxes paid by the owners of Auburn Greens condos

All condos at Auburn Greens come with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, 2 parking spaces (1 carport/garage space and 1 driveway space) and 2 storage spaces (1 wall cabinet and 1 storage closet). There is a shared laundry room in each building with a coin-operated washer and dryer, as well as one hot water heater that serves the four units. Auburn Greens has two community pools, one swimming pool for residents of Auburn Greens #1 (located at Quartz and Park) and one swimming pool for residents of Auburn Greens #2 (located at Quartz and Sapphire).

Leilani, this is a great hyperlocalism post for Auburn Greens condominiums!  You have pictures, maps, and detailed descriptions of the many amenities that Auburn Greens has to offer.  The only thing I would see as a negative would be the shared laundry facilities.  I agree, how neat would that be to live on the Park facing side of Grant Avenue and have the pond and park in your backyard.

I didn't see anything in your post, but do they allow Cane Corsos in the complex and other intelligent and loyal four legged family members?

Bruce, one way to look at the shared laundry facilities is that not only is it better to share a laundry room with 3 other units than it is to share with an entire apartment building...but it also beats having to go to a public laundromat! :)

P.S. The HOA of Auburn Greens #1 and #2 would have the latest info about pets and if there happens to be any breed or weight restrictions.

I agree, Bruce...and one thing I would take advantage of if I lived in Auburn Greens is the fact that it's a short walk to the awesome Auburn Regional Park! :)
