This video proves my point.  Five years ago, a monkey could sell real estate.  Now, a real estate agent need a "basic" level of intellegence to ask the simplest of questions.  My philosphy, if someone can't figure this out on their own, how did they get their license in the first place???

Martin: You would be surprised at how lost some agents are. But, as Jeffrey said, it's understandable because Realtors often get very little sales training when they become a Realtor (which is unfortunate).
