Dyersburg's Camelot subdivision is the premiere midrange subdivision in Dyersburg. The homes are priced anywhere from $110,000 to $155,000(in newest part). This subdivision was started in late 2000 and early 2001.
This subdivision is actually the first part of 2 different subdivisions just inside the city limits and just off Upper Finley Road. When new people come to town and want a mid range subdivision that is close to everything including Walmart(5 minutes), this is where I show them homes.
