Three Pictures of Your Home Listing are Not Enough!

I am a listing specialist, but today I am representing Buyers shopping for homes here in Prescott Valley, Arizona. My Buyers are from southern California. They are making offers "sight unseen" with a trip to see the house during the inspection period.

One of the homes they are considering has only three pictures. Is this listing agent representing his Seller? 

After I asked myself the question, I spoke with the listing agent. She told me the Seller would not cooperate in the taking of the pictures. Also, the home is under contract quite quickly at a low price.

I believe the Seller "left money on the table" by not getting effective marketing.

With the rise of the internet pictures are more important than ever. Without multiple, high quality pictures odds are the sellers did leave money on the table.

Doug -- I have been working HARD with Buyers who are serious and well-qualified. My Buyers were interested in this home, but they would not make an offer on this home. These Buyers were not in the mix of Buyers for this home. They may have paid more.

This always baffles me. The Internet is a VISUAL means of communication and people are VISUAL creatures do its not that much of a stretch to decide to provide a sufficient quantity (and quality) of photos.
