One of the challenges that many real estate sales professionals have is “finding business.” Whether you are a new or veteran Realtor looking to grow your business, you must:

1.    Focus

Be a big fish in a small pond and choose a specific target market. Your real estate branding strategy will be more successful if you closely target your market. Focus on getting your name in front of your current customers and best potential customers. Having an effective brand marketing and real estate marketing strategy will create loyalty among your customers, making your competition fade by the way side.

2.    Be Consistent

Convey trust with consistent brand communications and build loyalty by keeping in touch with your clients and real estate prospects on a consistent basis with branded email communications; Just Listed/Just Sold e-Cards, Just Listed/Just Sold e-Flyers, and monthly e-Newsletters that are easily available with IXACT Contact’s Realtor CRM.

3.    Create an Emotional Connection

Be a resource for information that matters while letting them get to know you better. Discover any issues and be the problem solver. Communicate your promise and express your unique value through the words and images of a strong consistent brand.

Branding is the best way to differentiate your business from competitors. Remember, it’s all about having a unique personality that appeals to customers.

obviously all three are very important...but I thing #2...the ability to be consistent is such a key for any top producer.

Being consistant is probably the one thing that agents forget the most. It's easy to get busy and put your marketing to the side.

All three are needed to be a top producer. But I think being consistent at doing what you should be doing, which is focusing on your target market is the key. When the emotional connection is added you're on your way to being that top producer.
