I could let you think that I cook but really, I passed the meat baster to the husband a long time ago and downed tools.  So, for me to find a recipe, source the ingredients and get down to cooking is a day we need to mark in the calendar.  I am heading off a friend's cottage for a few days and thought I should make something to take for supper or lunches - that would freeze and be easy to reheat.  Here is the recipe - with all of my notes on changes that I made or suggest.  I doubled the recipe so there are almost 30 tarts for the lake....

Valerie~ Honey, we are like to peas in a pod.  I don't do the cooking either.  Don't get me wrong, I love to eat, just don't like the all the mess!  I guess if you can make this, than so can I!  I'm bookmarking it for future reference.  I'll let you know how it goes!

Sheila:  Imagine my shock when we had to replace a built in oven.  When was it used?   LOL  I guess it was the previous owners of the house.

Kathy:  Now that I have more time on my hands, I am starting to reacquaint myself with my husband's domain.

Chris:  You might want to add the salt and pepper as a minimum.

Donna:  I will let you know if the people at the cottage gobbled them up or I had to bring them back.  I know I like them.

Janice:  Sorry.  I should have taken a photo.  Will do so next time.

Emilia:  This recipe takes a bit of time because of the bread cups but is so easy and tasty.
