Dover NH Real Estate Sold Weekly Report 8/4/2012

We saw 7 properties sold this week totaling $1,677,135.  21 new listings came to market totaling $7,924,600 resulting in an increase in inventory of $6,247,465.  This is the largest increase in inventory in one week in Dover NH since May of 2009.

There are 44 properties with accepted offers and 13 that are pending and soon to close.  Congratulations to the sellers and buyers who were able to get to the closing table this week.
