3.  Implement a customer service plan

     *  Should include dependability, willingness, competency, convenience, friendliness, trustworthy, listens, and 

      walking in the other person's shoes."

     a.  Be an overcomer

     b.  Be an encourager

     c.  Be teachable

     d.  Focus on the Positive

4.  Maintain a customer friendly culture

     a.  Respond to problems or issues quickly by listening, empathizing, apologizing, and taking action

     b.  Learn how to deal with different people while managing your own stress

     c.  Keep Service a priority by modeling it for others

Yes at the end of the technology road there will be a big return to service. People want efficiency but if things get to impersonal it will return to the desire for service.
