San Marino Schools - Huntington Grove Estates

Huntington Grove Estates with San Marino Schools

The Huntington Grove Estates townhome complex is located in unincorporated Los Angeles County with a Pasadena mailing address.  While the residences within this community offer expansive floor plans and large rooms, I believe the biggest amenity is the access for enrollment in the highly regarded San Marino School District.   Since San Marino Schools are highly rated and the city of San Marino has only single family homes, Huntington Grove Estates offers a very attractive alternative to the much higher priced real estate found in San Marino.

Huntington Grove Estates

Built in 1974, there are 35 townhomes in the Huntington Grove Estates.   All but one of the residences in the complex are two story and homes have either two or three bedrooms with two to three baths.   Beautiful and lushly maintained grounds are a part of the complex which includes a pool and spa.

There are currently no townhomes available for sale in Huntington Grove Estates.  In 2012 there has been one sale according to our local multiple listing service(MLS).   In May of this year, a two bedroom, two-and-one-half bath townhome with approximately 1866 square feet sold for $620,000.

2011 saw three sales in Huntington Grove Estates according to MLS statistics ranging in sold prices from $570,000 to $595,000 with an average sales price of $580,000(median sales price $575,000).

Kathy -- that sounds like a great idea -- I'd be happy to share some of the sights of Pasadena and San Marino with you.   It was pretty warm here today so laboring was limited -- a few phone calls, one quick showing and some errands -- hope you had a fun day with a great week ahead.

Good morning Michael -

The Huntington Grove Estates townhome complex looks like a great place to call home. A great location and amenities who could ask for anything more!

Michael-Love the pathway and the flowers. Very well kept and I like the style of roof. They don't have them around here or NY. Must be they are just in certain areas. It is a great looking school. Have yourself a great day.

John - enrollment in San Marino Schools is a tremendous asset and with a more carefree lifestyle at Huntington Grove Estates -- truly a perfect combination.

Sharon - the Mediterranean influence is definitely part of the Southern California architectural history.

Will -- thank so much for stopping by.
