Curb Appeal -   When buyers drive by your property, you want them to see a place that's been well-maintained and cared for.  Clean up any litter from the yard.  Keep all shrubs and grass well trimmed and show buyers this property has received lots of tender loving care.  Make sure the entrance is freshly painted and attractive.  No broken screens or out of date lighting.  You don't want extra vehicles sitting around, or bikes and toys in the front yard.  These are all things you can do to make your property attractive to buyers.

Valerie~  You often see MLS listing photos with kitchen counters completely void of everything and then 600 magnets and notes all over the refrigerator.  A simple consultation could avoid those selling obstacles.  Thanks for your comments!
