Ghost Walk in Westminster, MD

Historic House in Westminster, MD

Halloween, October’s spooky fun tradition of neighborly gatherings and a parade of “trick-or-treat” as it’s finale also brings to mind ghost stories. Often more history than ghosts it’s fun to explore the local community and hear the stories of days & souls from long ago.

Legend has it there are quite a few ghosts parading the streets, buildings and yards of Westminster, MD, one not so funny comedian, a doctors patient who died waiting to be seen one man so bitter and mean his bones would not stay buried! For all the ghostly, ghastly stories visit the Carroll County Public Library for details and to register  for the ghost walk and here these details and more.

It's the the time of year for these spooky local stories.  I wouldn 't want to run into any of those ghosts, but it's fun to explore the lore. Fun local post Diane.
