Hey Dick, I'm sure there is some beautiful acreage property in Greeley. 

I read the Bio for the Nobel Prize winning economist, Lloyd Shapley.  He was teaching at UCLA when you were in econ grad school, I think.  Did you know him?  If yes, that's post worthy.  Not many of us have met a Nobel Prize winner.
