I always worry that the hire people just to click on them. How do you know you are paying for real clicks and not google employee clicks?

Joni, Google has a way to interpret invalid clicks, which you do not pay for, and it has an algorithm set up to determine false clicks. I know this stuff can be confusing and intimidating at first. I hope that helps a little bit.
