Great update.

Easy to see what is the housing climate in Greater Victoria, BC.

It is interesting that your have a lot of decrease arrows, while we( in Cali) have a lot of increases( price,# of  sales)

Thanks for the feedback, yes we have seen about a years worth of consistant declines, although there are some positive signs and well priced properties continue to sell.
