Christmas Tree Decorating Secrets Made Easy with Cats

Christmas Tree Decorating Secrets Made Easy with Cats

by Michelle Carr Crowe, Silicon Valley guide and San Jose home selling expert

This is the most hilarious true photo of a cat and a Christmas tree I've ever seen.

My friend Brenda Schillaci says it best here, "I don't need garlands, I just need more cats."

I don't need garlands, I just need more cats.

This so reminds me of when my daughters' kittens were young and their first Christmas trying to climb the Christmas tree, too. Brenda's kitty looks very much like my sweet Monique's late kitty King John Elvis Presley.

Can't you just picture a Christmas treeful of frisky felines? You won't need to do a thing. Lights-who needs them? Garland-that's so last year!

Cats-that's the secret to decorating a festive Christmas tree in 2012!

Michelle  We live in fear of our cats redecorating...whatever!  And we like our tree just the way it is...so last year!

Yes I think most of us would live in fear of our cats re-decorating!

Cute picture Michelle, I don't think my dogs would appreciate it if I were to start decorating my tree with cats though.

That's so funny....

I've seen quite a few photos of Christmas trees festooned with a couple of eyes peering through the boughs. Cats must love this natural and indoor climbing tree.

Bob who knows? Your dogs might love "edible decorations".

Pacita, me too, but this was the first time it was a person I know with the photo!

Good Morning, Michelle! That is such a cute picture! With three cats in my house, I can relate. They are always trying to play with the tree decorations. Have a great day!

That is sure a pose that you would not catch with a canine!

No the canine would have wrestled the tree to the ground!
