When you are buying or selling real estate in Manhattan, it takes an expert.

When you are buying or selling real estate in Manhattan, it takes an expert.  For that reason alone, I recommend Mitchell Hall, a native New Yorker who is well versed in architecture, culture and the diversity of NYC.

Mitchell is the consummate professional licensed associate real estate broker, blogger, webmaster and marketer extraordinaire.  The Corcoran Group on the Upper West Side is where you'll find him.  He started his own real estate website in 2002 and has been blogging about real estate since 2006.

Having lived in NYC myself, and  in real estate for a very short time, I can tell you first hand there is so much to know about Manhattan.  Whether you are trying to buy or sell your coop, condo or townhouse apartment, Mitchell is the man "in the know".  He will listen to your needs as a buyer and not waste your time running you around the City showing you things in areas you'd never consider living.  If he is representing you as a seller, he will price your property correctly, market it right and make it the easiest transition for you as possible.

Last year I had the pleasure of meeting Mitchell Hall and quite a few other ActiveRain members at The Oyster Bar in Grand Central Terminal. There is no doubt in my mind that you would be comfortable working with him no matter what your lifestyle, price point or area of interest would be.

I agree Wayne, he is a true professional and is working in one of the toughest cities in the US, but IMHO, the best.

He truly is Lenn, and a gentleman in every sense of the word too.  Manhattan is a tough market, and he handles it well.
